A Therapist by training, Joseph McWaters has been in the field of Behavioral Healthcare for over 30 years, entering in 1980. Since 1984, he has served in a Regional capacity as CEO of Acute Care Psychiatric Hospitals as well as Private Rehabs. From 1994 thru 2000, he also served as the Director of Clinical Operations for The PGA Tour, developing and coordinating treatment strategies for Tour Professionals. Concurrent with those positions, in 1991 he founded Behavioral Medicine Inc, a multi-site Outpatient Provider Company specializing in Integrated Behavioral Healthcare. BMI became the largest private provider of Outpatient Treatment Services in the state of Kentucky. Lastly, Mr. McWaters has managed numerous Treatment Operations in California over the years where he developed a sophisticated, West Coast Model of Treatment. From 1983 thru 1989, CompCare Corporate Headquarters were based in Newport Beach, Orange County. In 1990 he served as Clinical Director at Edgemont Hollywood, a private Psychiatric Hospital in Los Angeles. In 1997 he was CEO at FHC Vallejo, a private Psychiatric Hospital in San Francisco. In 2005 he served as CEO of The Canyon, a private rehab in Malibu. Seven months into 2010, the battle of the bulls and the bears on Wall Street still continues ferociously. So does the battle for recovery in the underlying economy.

They started using Willard’s Water personally in the fall of 1981. By early in 1982, after the proverbial “one thing led to another” scenario, they got involved in the marketing of this amazing product, and have done this full-time (or more than full-time) ever since.

To elaborate, she had experienced chronic back pain for the previous 21 years, as well as multiple bouts of bronchitis every year.
