They started using Willard’s Water personally in the fall of 1981. By early in 1982, after the proverbial “one thing led to another” scenario, they got involved in the marketing of this amazing product, and have done this full-time (or more than full-time) ever since.

It was the benefits Kolleen received from Willard’s Water that resulted in their making the total change in the course of their lives of immersing themselves into the marketing of it.

To elaborate, she had experienced chronic back pain for the previous 21 years, as well as multiple bouts of bronchitis every year. Both those problems disappeared within a couple months of starting on Willard’s Water. However, after several months of relief, her benefits suddenly went away, and her pain returned. On top of that, other people that the Sundes had introduced to Willard’s Water also began reporting that the product wasn’t working for them any longer either. All of that solidified the Sundes’ belief in the merit of this amazing product, and convinced them to get more involved in the marketing of it, if for no other reason than to make sure they themselves and everyone else could always get the real thing! The rest is history, as they say. As to what it’s been like working with the Willards and how the distributorship has gone… It didn’t take long after first meeting and starting to work with Dr. (“Doc”) Willard and his sons, John, Jr., and Bill, for the Sundes to feel a real friendship with all of them, that has continued through the years. Though sadly, both Doc and Bill are gone now, John, Jr. and Kolleen and Charlie still feel the same friendship. And over the last year or so, Kolleen and Charlie have also enjoyed working with and getting to know “John III” — John Jr’s son and Doc’s grandson — who has become very involved in the company.

From the time the Sundes began working with the Willards, Kolleen and Doc developed a very close relationship. Kolleen felt like Doc was like a second father or grandfather to her. They could spend hours talking.. with Doc often trying to explain chemistry to Kolleen despite Kolleen’s total lack of abilities in such areas.

As to how the distributorship has gone… it’s definitely had its challenges given the uniqueness of the product and the pioneering that needed to be done.
