What is Willard Water?

March 1st John Hollis Interviews John W. Willard The 3rd About The 30 Year History Of Willard Water. Dr.John W. Willard, Ph.D, invented Catalyst Altered Water (CAW) in the late 1960s and re-named his product “Willard Water®” shortly after 60 Minutes aired a detailed story on Dr. Willard and his invention in 1980. Willard Water® is many things to many people, and is used in a variety of ways. What seems to be the common denominator is that Dr. Willard’s Water® is a more efficient form of water. Technically, the molecular structure of H2O is altered by a catalyst. As a result, the Catalyst Altered Water (CAW) acts as a normalizer on all living things not in a healthy state. When consumed regularly, Dr. Willard’s Water® can help assimilate nutrients more efficiently, increase enzyme activity and strengthen the immune system. The following pages will explain in detail how Dr. Willard’s Water® actually works and the amazing story of its discovery.

Health is a Balancing Act By Carol Harblin

We all want good health, but nobody actually knows what it is and how to get it. We all have a theory, but that is all it is.

People think that if they decrease their calories, carbs, or fat, then they will be in good health. Some believe that if they go to a gym every day then they will be in good health. But are they really in good health? Truly, those people are actually struggling with health issues just like anyone else.

So, then, what is good health anyway?

Good health is being able to balance physical activity, spirituality, relationships, and career while going through the motions of your every day routine. Consider the spirituality, activity, relationships and career the four pieces of our primary food. Primary food is what feeds our whole bodies – not just our stomachs.

Eating a balanced diet rich in vegetables, fruit, and whole grains is also essential too, but without nourishing ourselves with that primary food, life will be very imbalanced. By fulfilling ourselves with this primary food we are enriching ourselves and our lives. We feel more complete and centered.

Next time we reach for an extra serving of food or that hot fudge sundae, think about the four pieces of our primary food and find out what is lacking because we may not need more folate, magnesium, vitamin C, protein, or even more carbs – we might just need that special friend’s ear to listen to us, or a walk around the block, or to find the job that makes you happy.

It’s important to listen to the cues in your body for signs of sickness and it’s important to be aware of the details of your life every day.

Good health means balance. It’s not an easy feat to be healthy and stay healthy. Good health is something we have to work at every day. Attaining good health is not a destination, it’s a journey.

We have to strive for physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, and even financial health every day. It’s not just about how hard our muscles are getting by pumping more weights at the gym – it’s about how to strive to maintain a balance of primary food in addition to our balanced diet.

Remember, don’t walk the journey of health alone - walk it with a health practitioner you trust. The health journey is a beautiful trip that lasts a lifetime.
