Live At 2PM EST Panel Guests Dr. Amy Botwinick Author Of "Congratulations On Your Divorce" And Charles H. Bechert, Fort Lauderdale Attorney.


On Friday February 19th, we will have Dr. Amy Botwinick live in the studio. Amy is the girlfriend everyone needs to have as they navigate their way through the business of divorce and learn how to jump start their new life. A chiropractor for the last fifteen years, Dr. Botwinick has found a new way to help others through her own divorce experience which helped her re-write her life. Her message is clear; she says that she is no different than any other woman outside of the fact that she made a choice to get un-stuck in her life. Dr. Botwinick recognized the cross road in her life, either she was going to heal and move on or stay stuck in her fear and anger. She made a choice to effectively deal with the challenges of her divorce and then create a happy new life; she is on a mission to help others do the same.

Charles H. Bechert is an experienced trial attorney who dedicates his practice to representing people at some of the most difficult times of their lives. He focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, criminal law, divorce / family law, wage and overtime claims and immigration / deportation matters.

A graduate of Saint Thomas University, Mr. Bechert received his law degree in 1993 from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and is admitted to practice in all of Florida's state and Federal trial and appellate courts.

Mr. Bechert began his career working for the State of Florida Child Support Enforcement Division collecting unpaid child support and family law matters . After leaving the Child Support enforcement Division he became an Assistant State Attorney for Broward County where he was able to prosecute crimes involving misdemeanor, domestic violence and up to life felonies. Later he was defense counsel for Allstate Insurance Co. as well as several small carriers where he focused his attention on personal injury defense. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at Broward Community College i and has authored "Domestic Violence No Longer Band-Aid Solutions," The Record, Broward County Medical Association, 1995.

Mr. Bechert is a member of the Florida and Federal Bar and the Broward County Bar Association
