Cheryl Champagne, MS, E-RYT 500, certified forrest yoga instructor, is a natural teacher who has been practicing yoga since 1994. Always an active person, Cheryl has studied various forms of dance and movement. Yoga was a natural fit for her active lifestyle. After a severe car accident in 1996, Cheryl relied on her yoga practice and Reiki to heal her back. She has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, from Baruch College, CUNY, 20 years of management experience within New York City Government, Wall Street and non-profit organizations. She is also Reiki Master, Minister and practitioner.

Cheryl’s experience, combined with her education, interest in nutrition, health and wellness define her commitment to personal growth and inner peace. As an instructor of the Forrest Yoga method, Cheryl develops classes with intelligence based on the needs and flexibility of her students.
