Charity was diagnosed with breast cancer in April 2009. She underwent extensive surgery, 6 rounds of chemotherapy and 6 weeks of radiation. She is a breast cancer survivor and a working single mother to 2 young girls, Channing and Avalon. Her oldest daughter Channing has had a rare immune system disorder called Langerhan's Cell Histiocytosis that she has struggled with for over 10 years and can cause significant bone pain. While Channing's disease has been relatively stable over the last few years, unfortunately she recently relapsed while Charity was finishing her cancer treatments. Together they hope for complete healing and a life time of health and happiness.
